Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Relax and receive a briefing about your upcoming safari.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and some of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park.

Enjoy a morning game drive in Tarangire before traveling to the beautiful highlands near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will spend the night.

Descend into the famous Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffalo, and the rare black rhino.

After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro area and return to Arusha. Depending on your schedule, you may enjoy some shopping or relaxation before your airport transfer.
